Before I get sidetracked, as I usually do, let me just share a little gem of information with you:  MILWAUKEE is in WISCONSIN!  All these years I had Fonzie living in Idaho.

I feel totally horrid today, so horrid infact that at quarter to two in the afternoon I still am not dressed. Back hurts, chest hurts , I spent last night barking like a dog.   In fact while we're on with dog analogies May I just say I feel ruff!  More paracetamols, that's what I need.

Ann in the UP said...

Indeed, Fonzie, and the Cunninghams lived in Wisconsin---where the real Happy Cows live.

(in the States, we have an ad campaign for California dairy products where the cows are Happy Cows.)

I'm sorry you're feeling ruff. Good Guy came home with a bad cold and so I'm listening to Ruff, even now. Feel better soon, Angie.

Sorry to hear about your barking and ruffing. Take good care and don't hesitate to see the doctor if meds are what is needed. Sitting by that nice new fire you have sounds like a good way to spend the day.

Lots of Love and Hugs!

I am sorry that you feel ruff today. Don't worry about not knowing the Fonz lived in Wisconsin....he would have been cool with Idaho too.

Feel better soon.

LOL!!! This discovery that Milwaukee is in Wisconsin made my day!!! How funny!

Now - - - there ARE those of us who would take issue with Milwaukee being "In" Wisconsin. It does in fact geographically RESIDE in this state - - - but it is as different from the REST of the state as an egg is different from a bird.

"Ruff, ruff" is only good for dogs - - -take care of yourself.

Hilarious Angie. :) I hope you get to feeling better this very day. blessings, marlene

Oh Angie, I am so sorry to hear that you are once again not feeling well! Oh, how I wish that I lived closer to you so I could bring you some TLC. Tell Keith he is under strict orders from me to take very good care of you! (I know he would anyways!) I'm in the who cares where he lived, he was cool and sexy no matter what school of thought! tee hee! ehhhhhhh!! Love you loads my dear friend. FEEL BETTER SOON! Keeping you in my prayers. xxoo

Jasper said...

On no, Angie! We're so sorry to hear you aren't feeling too good. We are sending you LOTS and LOTS of hugs and good wishes and hope you are on the mend very soon. (Even despite the scurrilous slanders against Jasper, which were left by someone using your name on Mr. & Mrs. Bearsaltandpepper's blog).

I LOVE Fonzie - he was fab. I heard Henry Winkler interviewed on the radio not long ago - he seems like a really genuine, lovely, man. He writes stories for young children these days (I believe) and goes around schools reading them and helping little kids learn to read. Whattaguy - ehhhhh!!

I am truly grieving your loss, dear Angie. You had the gift of lighting our days, and I fear without you we will grovel about in the dark for quite a while.

Angie was the first to comment on my debut blog entry back in August 2006 - and has been a true friend ever since.

I cannot believe that she is gone. It breaks my heart to think that I will never read one of her wonderful warm, witty, and invariably wise comments. I cannot even believe that I am typing this now.

I have so much love and respect for Angie, and it's desperately unfair that she was taken from us so soon.

I'll bet she's walking tall up there in Heaven right now - annoyed because God's House isn't wired up for internet access.

Dearest Angie - we will never forget you. Love you sweetie. x

Oh, Angie, when I came here looking to see why I'd not had a delightful note from you in so long, I was hoping against hope that it would not be something like this. You were a light, and a bright one at that. The world and all you touched were better because of you. I am grateful to have been one of those whose life you graced with your enormous charm. I keep thinking now of what that famous poem said: "Oh, I have slipped the surly bonds of earth, and flown the sky on laughter-silvered wings..." Rest in peace, dear. And enjoy forever the freedom of your new laughter-silvered wings. Thank you for finding me, Angie. I will never forget you.

As we all know, on the offensive end, he also compared jerky, so he is now averaging 10.3 points, is definitely a surprise gift. To say he needs to rise up and looks like some nitpicking, but true.

Look at it the first time if he can forward pass attack ability, then, how much he will be lethal on the offensive end. If he can improve the hands the ball sense, the rocket will be more easy scoring opportunities. When he had the ball, he just tough some think more dunk, rather than merely layup.
